KAMENA VOURLA (Fthiotida) – 59 plots with electricity, water & telephone supply, from 200 to 600 M2 and total surface of 18206 M2 for sale (or other mutually profitable proposal) in a small village of 140 plots (the others are sold and most of them already built), a few kms from Kammena Vourla & 180 kms from Athens, only 180 M from the sea, in an excellent area for permanent or vacation residences with asphalt roads within and around the small village.

On the plots 59 houses can be built, 20 one-floor and 39 two-floor from 84 to 140 M2 (a total of 6324M2) with additional semi-basement playrooms. That is pretty large residences with enough space from gardens.
